Easy Hand Care Tips

Have you ever wondered which part of your body is used the most in our daily activities? Well, we use hands for almost all of our activities. Even, then, hands are the most neglected body part and we seldom pay attention for hand care. So, here are some easy to follow hand care tips for you.

If you have to  wash the dishes, then make sure to add a little almond oil to the dishwasher. This way, your hands will not lose any moisture. Another hand care tip is to scrub the dead skin cells using a solution made of sea salt lemon. Just use an old toothbrush to scrub the hands at least twice a week.

Use warm milk and soak your hands in it for five minutes in order to strengthen your nails and hydrate your skin. You might not know but milk contains lactic acid, which is a natural alpha hydroxyl acid that helps exfoliating dead skin. Moreover, milk is also rich in calcium that helps strengthening nails.
If nothing else, you can even soak your hands in warm water every alternate day for a few minutes and then massage with a moisturizer to give your hands a supple touch and look.
